Two suspects that appeared in the Phuthaditjhaba Magistrate’s Court on Monday morning on charges of fraud, corruption, uttering, forgery, and the contravention of the Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA) have been granted bail.

According to the Hawks’ spokesperson, Christopher Singo, the accused, Thabiso Benjamin Sekosana (55) and Dimakatso Christine Sekosana (29), appeared in court and applied for bail. They were granted R150 000 bail each. The case has been postponed to 30 September 2022.
